I am so excited to start Kayla Itsines BBG workout guide!
I just recently purchased the Kayla Istines Beach Body workout guide and nutrition guide and can’t wait to start documenting my transformations. The beach body guide is a 12 week process, every 4 weeks I will be documenting my experience.
My first week started on 07/21/2014.
The first week was pretty tough as I haven’t really done these circuit workouts before. It is definitely a challenge but who doesn’t love a challenge right!?!
At the moment I may look lean, however, I am missing that muscle definition.
My goal is to increase muscle tone, strength, and overall well being.

I have to say that the Megaformer Pilates is one of the best workouts I have ever had.
Let’s recap… If you were a fly on the wall during my first class, pretty sure you would’ve laughed your wings off!
(I had a tough time keeping up with the pace and lingo….)
That night and the next morning my WHOLE body was sore and wow did it feel good…from there I became a megaformer addict.
A good definition of the megaformer workout:

You can also burn up to 800 calories in one session and it is just an all around great full body workout.
I highly recommend this workout!
Don’t be discouraged by all the different moves and names you’ll get the hang of it by the second or third time

Yoga is so good for the mind and body. After doing hard workouts throughout the week I decided to do some home yoga over the weekend. This deep stretching video is my fav! Hilaria Baldwin is gorgeous and so graceful, I love her!
If you are in need of some good stretching and relaxation, try it!
Mondays can be hectic for some of us… But it is a must to squeeze in a workout even if it is a short one. This at home workout is a perfect workout for all around body work.
So, don’t let Mondays take out the exhaustion in you – GO GET ‘EM!
