Getting Bigger Before Getting Smaller
Since starting Kayla Itsines BBG I totally noticed that I got bigger before getting smaller.
This is where you’re in between muscle building and fat loss.
So, I learned, as I am getting in better shape I am starting to build muscle and shed fat.
Muscle building happens quicker than shedding fat.
Conclusion:
After learning this I was a tad bit relieved
Combined with the fat and new muscle it temporarily made me feel bigger.
It simply means I am on the right track to building muscle tone and IT’S WORKING!

I’m so glad I have read this. I am starting week 9 tomorrow and I just feel so huge!! I can’t fit into any of my jeans, my tops are all tight around my arms and I generally just feel so bulky!! My legs have really developed muscle but I seem to be storing more fat on the insides of my legs. When does it start to burn off? I’m getting really de motivated at the moment
please help
