My List of Resolutions for 2015:
Start meditating: I have never practiced meditation before and have read so many positive effects of meditating, to name a few, stress relief and boosts your immune system.
Get even more organized: life can get pretty cray sometimes… But when you are not organized it can be pretty disastrous. So that being said I am going to make a plan to be organized and stay on top of deadlines etc. Towards the end of 2014 my Grandpa passed away and I was blessed with the most beautiful niece anyone could ever have…life got a little hectic and my blog took a backseat. This year 2015 I plan on blogging at least three times a week- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Continue or even better my workouts:
In the summer of 2014 I completed Kayla Itsines workout program. It was the best shape I have ever been in and I highly recommend it. I would like to continue with the program but not be so strict with myself… And instead do more outdoor activities such as hikes, paddle boarding etc
Complete certain home projects:
This year will be two years that we moved into our house. I have a few projects that I would like to get done such as developing and framing pictures and putting them throughout the house, update our Window treatments,
Try new things and adventures!
